Long Horizon investing gains: Max out Roth IRA contribution.. OR... instead do full on stock market index investing with Margin trading double portfolio size 5% APR margin trade fee?

Long Horizon investing gains: Max out Roth IRA contribution.. OR... instead do full on stock market index investing with Margin trading double portfolio size 5% APR margin trade fee?
  1. Max out Roth IRA , get taxed now, max out the contribution of $5500 per year?
OR
  1. Go full out blue chip stock index / stock index / aggressive growth, using 50% to 100% margin trading to pseudo double stock portfolio size, for a 5% APR fee per year on the portfolio doubled size.
The margin trading is offered at robinhood app or m1 finance or other places.
Anyone have math on these?

Given Romney's push on minimizing capital gains tax: empirical data shows cap gains tax rates do influence investment behavior but only marginally. Change in the stock market prices and volume of trade distort any potential tax impact.

Wheel Portfolio Allocation

I've seen numerous posts explaining how to implement the Wheel Strategy on a given underlying but I'm having a hard time finding information on how much of one's portfolio to allocate toward the strategy. To add some constraints lets assume that the alternative would be long term buy and hold and the use of the Wheel is an attempt to gain more control and get something near %20 yearly ROI.

As the market tumbles investors flee to traditional safe havens like Hertz. Stock is up 70%

Seriously though - Apparently this was caused by a Jeffries analyst suggesting that a used car dealer like CarMax or AutoNation might be interested in buying some of Hertz's used vehicles -- not the bankrupt company.
Anyone hear differently why this stock is mooning?
