RunTalk is an Android App that speaks running measurements while you mark them out.
Enter increments and start point,
then hit 'Next' to step through the running measurements.
Hit 'Auto Speak' and it will say the measurements at set intervals (6 seconds by default).
Tap 'Voice Input' and say Next, Repeat, Back or Stop to have the app navigate the running setout list and speak the results to you.

Check Downloads or File browser to install app.
To download and install the apps on your Android device, tap Settings / Applications and check the 'Unknown sources' checkbox to allow the install.
Tap the Metric or Imperial button above to download the app, then on the device, tap Downloads (or File Manager) then RunTalk.apk in the list and hit 'Install'.
If your Android device does not already have Text to Speech installed, the app will direct you to the Android App Market to install the free plugin.
